Mine Safety and Health and Environmental Consulting
Provides consulting services to individuals, organizations and attorneys involving litigation or other activities related to the health and safety of workers, the mine environment, and the public. His expertise is specifically related to the Mine Safety and Health Act and the Surface Mining Control and Reclamation Act. He also has extensive experience related to mountaintop removal mining, landslides, coal waste dams, coal waste embankments, valley fills, reclamation, and industrial development.
Expert Witness
Provides expert witness services related to mining accidents and environmental damage caused by mining. He conducts investigations and provides testimony in administrative, local, state, and federal courts regarding mine safety and health Issues and environmental hazards related to surface and underground mining and other construction activities.
Lecturer and Speaker
Mr. Spadaro gives lectures and conducts workshops in the academic environment to educate high school, college, and university students and the general public, regarding the safety and health of miners, mining communities, and water quality.
